Davis College of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Design Dean’s Scholarship Level 1

Value of Scholarship

$2,000 per year for up to four undergraduate years or completion of a bachelor’s degree – whichever comes first.

How to Apply & Deadlines

Must be admitted to WVU as a first-time freshman by December 1, 2023.

Students who meet the admission deadline will be considered for scholarships (or increases to scholarships if applicable) based on submission of new high school transcripts or ACT/SAT scores if the information is updated on their WVU student record by January 15, 2024.

Eligibility

Students must stay within an academic major offered by the Davis College of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Design.

Please be aware that incoming students majoring in  online programs of study are not eligible for institutional scholarships. Students beginning in on-campus majors in fall 2021 or later will lose their institutional scholarship eligibility if they switch to an online program of study at any point.

Students initially awarded this scholarship for fall 2018 or later may be eligible for a similar scholarship should they change their major into the Chambers College of Business and Economics or the Reed College of Media.

Offers are based on high school GPA and test scores.
