WVU Hub Closed

The WVU Hub will close at 2 p.m. Eastern on Friday, August 30. Normal business hours will resume on Tuesday, September 3 at 8:15 a.m. Eastern.

Spring 2023 Payment Deadline Extended

Due to technical difficulties students experienced yesterday with the WVU Portal, the January 3 payment deadline has been extended to today, January 4, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern. Late payment fees will be assessed on January 5.

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the 2025-2026 academic year is available NOW on the Federal Student Aid website. The earlier you submit, the better. Some aid is limited!

Fall 2022 Billing Information

Fall 2022 charges are available to view in WVU MyAccount (via the WVU Portal). If you owe a balance, you should have received a billing notification to your MIX email (via your WVU Portal). For more information, please visit our Fall Billing Information webpage.

Summer 2022 Billing Information

Summer 2022 charges are available to view in WVU MyAccount (via the WVU Portal). If you owe a balance, you should have received a billing notification to your MIX email (via your WVU Portal) on April 4. Payment for summer charges is due May 1. Lobby Closed to Walk-In Traffic

Beginning Tuesday, March 17, the WVU Hub lobby will be closed to walk-in traffic, but we are still able to assist you. The preferred method is to submit an online request.
