Students who are legal residents of the state of Delaware can contact the Delaware Department of Education for information regarding grants and scholarships which can be utilized at WVU.

Prior recipients of Delaware funds may see anticipated awards on their financial aid for upcoming academic years. Funding is not guaranteed until WVU receives notice of the award and eligibility requirements from Delaware. The institution is normally notified around the beginning of each semester of eligibility (after the add/drop period). There may be additional steps that need completed with the Delaware Dept. of Education in order to secure funding.

Funds from Delaware are not received in time to apply to students' bills for the semester. They are normally received approximately 6 to 8 weeks into the semester. Please plan accordingly.
